Directions to Sylvester Clinic from Albany
Start going Northwest on Palmyra. Turn right on North Slappey Blvd. Merge right onto US 19 by American Fun Park. Take US 19/520 towards exit 3 towards Sylvester/ Tifton. Turn left at the light onto Clark Ave. Merge onto us 82 E/ GA 520 E, keep straight 17.3 miles. Turn right onto Isabella St. (which is the 2nd light). Keep straight the hospital and office will be on the left hand side once you pass the cemetery.

Directions to Colquitt Clinic
Take Slappey Blvd. to Newton Rd. Pass the Airport and keep straight for 47.1 miles. You will see a sign that says "Welcome to Colquitt, GA." Turn right at the 1st stop sign which is Main St. Turn left on Geer St. (which is the 2nd street on the left). The office sits on the corner of Geer St. and North Cuthbert St.
